Q: How does Fllow work?
A: Flow uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to contract your calf muscles, which helps to act a a pump - pumping oxygen rich blood to the lower legs and feet. This helps to relieve achy, painful & swollen legs, feet & ankles.
Q: Does Fllow Vibrate?
A: No Fllow does not vibrate, it uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to contract your calf muscles.
Q: Are there any contra-indications?
A: Do not use Fllow in the following circumstances:
If you have suspected or confirmed heart disease, serious cerebrovascular disease or other acute disease, unless specialist medical authorisation has first been obtained.
• If suffering from haemorrhage after acute trauma or fractures, or if recovering from surgery.
• If you are pregnant.
• If you are fitted with a pacemaker or other active implanted electrical device.
• On children or people with no ability to express their own consciousness.
• If you have been diagnosed with, or have any reason to believe that you may be suffering from, Deep Vein Thrombosis (“DVT”).

MODE 1 – For feet and legs
So easy to use: simply place your bare feet on the Fllow footpads. Choose your desired intensity (with up to 150 intensity levels offered) and enjoy your 30-minute Fllow therapy session. Fllow actively stimulates the muscles in the legs, encouraging a “calf pump” effect in the veins. This can contribute to improved blood flow in the feet and legs.
MODE 2 – For feet and legs
The Artho-Fllow electrode pads have been designed to help with pain associated with knee pain. Placed directly on the legs they deliver intensive stimulation to engage and condition the leg muscles. Stronger muscles around the knee can offer greater stability and support, in turn, this can help relieve knee joint pain.
MODE 3 – For other painful areas
Aches and pains on other areas of your body? Address them at the same time as receiving the Fllow circulation therapy. The supplied TENS electrode pads can be placed almost anywhere. They deliver stimulating pulses for targeted, temporary relief of pain, without medication.
